02 / SUBMIT YOUR DOWNPAYMENT

Each product has its own fixed or percentage downpayment. Pay by QR and submit your receipt.

03 / GET ADMIN CONFIRMATION

Staff verify actual funds before your payment acknowledgment email. Your balance is tracked in your account.

Default receipt deadline: 24 hours. On-time submissions stay on hold during admin review. Balance deadline: 7 days after arrival and balance request, unless the release states otherwise.

How much do I pay first?

Each release shows its required fixed or percentage downpayment. Your final order page shows any accepted voucher savings and the exact amount to pay before you transfer.

Is my payment confirmed when I upload a receipt?

Uploading a receipt submits it for review. Our team checks the actual funds before confirming payment. Your account shows the result; payment acknowledgment email follows confirmation once email sending is enabled.

When will my model arrive?

Arrival windows are estimates and may change with the supplier. Check the release details and your account. The balance becomes due after arrival and a balance request from the team.

Can I combine different releases?

Each order contains one release batch so downpayments and arrivals stay clear. Place a separate order for another release.

How do delivery and cancellations work?

Choose LBC, Lalamove or J&T Express at checkout. Coverage and shipping fees are confirmed before dispatch. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed by the team; see the store terms before ordering.
